From Browsing to Using — How PlannerToolLab Works
PlannerToolLab products are currently sold through our Etsy shop. Here's exactly what happens from choosing an app to using it.
The Five Steps
Choose Your App
Browse the shop or a category page and find the digital tool that fits your needs. Every product page explains what the app does, what's included and its compatibility.
Purchase Securely on Etsy
Use the "Buy on Etsy" button to go straight to the correct listing and complete your purchase through Etsy's checkout.
Download Your Files
Etsy will make your digital files available to download, usually immediately after payment. You can also access past purchases at any time from your Etsy account.
Follow the Setup Guide
Each product includes a getting-started guide covering how to open and begin using your new app.
Start Using Your App
Open the file in your web browser and start organising your work or life.
What am I actually buying?
PlannerToolLab products are interactive digital applications — typically a self-contained file you open directly in your web browser, rather than a printable PDF or a spreadsheet template. Exactly what's included varies by product, so always check the "What's Included" section on the product page and the Etsy listing description before buying.
Do I need to install anything?
Generally no — most PlannerToolLab apps are designed to run inside a modern web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) without a separate installation step. Some products may have specific requirements; check the Compatibility section on the product page.
Where is my data stored?
For apps that save data locally in your browser, your information stays on your own device rather than being uploaded to a PlannerToolLab server or account — we don't currently offer cloud accounts or sync. Where a product includes a backup/export feature, we recommend using it regularly, particularly if you use Safari or private/incognito browsing, where locally stored browser data can sometimes be cleared.
